Our 2nd Annual Staff Retreat took us to the beautiful Mendocino coast for a few days dedicated to growing together as a team.

We stepped away from our daily routines to invest in professional development, strengthen our relationships, and reflect on how we can become even better educators and leaders for our students. We challenged ourselves in more ways than one - from creating vision boards and setting intentions for the year ahead to taking on a Fear Factor challenge (yes...bugs, fertilized duck egg, and chicken feet 😅).

Between the laughter, meaningful conversations, and moments that pushed us outside our comfort zones, we came back with stronger connections and a shared commitment to making this our best year yet.

The work that goes into creating a great school starts long before students walk through our doors. We’re grateful for the opportunity to invest in our team so we can continue showing up for our students with purpose, collaboration, and heart. Here’s to another incredible year at Quest Forward! 💙💛

Our Annual Quest Forward BBQ was one for the books! 🌭🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who spent Saturday with us. It was amazing to see so many familiar faces, welcome new families into the QF community, and share an afternoon full of great food, laughter, and conversation.

This year’s BBQ was especially exciting as we celebrated the launch of our new 6th Grade Program - a milestone we’ve been looking forward to for a long time. The excitement and support from our community made the day even more meaningful.
Thank you for making this annual tradition such a memorable one. We’re grateful to have such an incredible community and can’t wait to see what this year brings! 💙
