Ca’Bianca’s cuisine is a blend from multiple regions in Italy, from Milano in the north to Sicilia in the south. Our specialties include fresh house-made bread and pasta made daily, grass-fed Angus steak, seafood classics, creative antipasti, garden fresh salads and, of course, traditional desserts. Ca’ Bianca has been a treasure of warmth and charm in the heart of Santa Rosa for 30 years.

At Ca'Bianca, we source all of our ingredients as fresh and local as possible; we even have our own mushroom forager! Our Chantrelles come straight from the forests of California. 💛

All of our produce is from California, and some of it even comes from the garden of Nico himself! 🍋 We'll use this fresh produce in our dishes and cocktails, even infusing our own vodka. Fresh is the only way at Ca'Bianca! ✨
