Don Oscar and his family are part of the community of farmers who grow Café Mam coffee in Chiapas, Mexico.

Through Café Mam's Climate Change Mitigation Fund, they received home lighting and a solar-powered coffee pulper, helping support both their household and their farm.

Café Mam works directly with farmer-owned cooperatives through the Small Producers' Symbol (SPP), the only fair trade certification owned and governed by farmers themselves.

Every cup helps support farming families, strengthen communities, and invest in the future of coffee-growing regions.

Roasted in Eugene, Oregon and sourced through farmer-owned cooperatives in Chiapas, Mexico, Cafe Mam has been a longtime favorite among many of our customers and workers alike.

Beginning July 1, 2026, the Santa Rosa Community Market store will be open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

We're sharing the change now so everyone has plenty of notice before it takes effect.

This change applies to the Santa Rosa store only. Sebastopol store hours will remain the same.
