Has anyone else noticed that WineDirect has taken away personal human phone support on the eCommerce side? I have been on chat and email for 3 days to solve two issues. Bots and ai don’t seem to be the answer for customer service always. This is such a bummer for a personal, hands on business that is the wine business.
