Costa Rica did what Costa Rica does, worked its magic. 🌴
I spent last week with an incredible group of agents from across the country, all brought together by the very talented . We toured current and upcoming developments, learned how Costa Rican real estate actually works, heard everyone’s personal stories, and got a real look at what’s coming to this market.
Somewhere between property tours and trying not to drown in the Pacific, I also learned to surf for the first time. Jury’s still out on my technique, humbling to say the least. 🌊
Big takeaway: the Costa Rica real estate market is fascinating and evolving fast. So if buying a home, vacation property, or investment in Costa Rica has been floating around in your brain… good news. I know someone who can help you navigate it.

At 809 Paula Ln we tackled the details that change how a home feels: we opened the entry wall to brighten the dining nook. We installed new hardwood in the living room for continuity and value, freshened the bedrooms with a calm, tone-on-tone palette, and gave the upstairs hall bath vanity/cabinets a dramatic color for a modern pop. Outside, we replaced the tired lawn with DG for low-maintenance curb appeal and painted the retaining walls for a clean, finished edge. Then staged, inspected and launched.
Result: bigger feel, brighter spaces, fewer objections—sold at $1,305,000.
