This past weekend, our School Board members and Superintendent attended the Summer Leadership Institute (SLI) in San Antonio, the flagship training conference of the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB).

Throughout the conference, our team participated in a variety of workshops focused on key areas such as school finance, facilities planning, and evaluating student outcomes. These learning opportunities help ensure that our district leadership remains informed about best practices and emerging trends in public education.

The Texas Education Agency (TEA) has released the 2026 STAAR test scores, and Santa Rosa ISD families can now access their child’s results online through the Focus Parent Portal. You can access https://www.srtx.org/departments/testing-acountability and click on "Using the Family Portal".

Parents and guardians can review STAAR, End-of-Course (EOC), and TELPAS results as they become available. STAAR assessment results begin June 10 for End-of-Course (EOC) exams and June 16 for Grades 3–8 assessments.
