Flag Rugby (Mon & Wed 5:30-6:30pm) (10 dates) The Flag Rugby program introduces a safe, tackle-free, co-ed version of the popular worldwide game. Flag Rugby players will be led by experienced coaches and will focus on developing skills, teaching the game of Rugby, and learning proper techniques.
