We’re about to break ground in Wild Heron, and this one feels special.

There’s something meaningful about standing on a quiet lot and imagining the life that will unfold there. Morning light through those front windows. Evenings on the porch. A home that feels rooted, calm, and completely at ease in its surroundings.

This residence is designed to feel timeless, not trendy. The goal is always the same: create a home that belongs to the landscape and serves the people who live in it for decades to come.

Using drone footage allows us to monitor progress from a broader perspective, verifying alignment, roof geometry, and overall massing while ensuring the build continues to track precisely with the design intent. It’s an invaluable tool for progress monitoring, coordination, and keeping the client closely connected to the evolution of their home.

It might be 26 degrees in Florida this morning, but that won’t stop us from keeping tabs on our projects.

What started as a simple elevation sketch is now a full-blown, gulf front home. This beauty is finishing up, and we can’t wait to see the end result!

Sited with precision, this residence is designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing topography and preserve the surrounding landscape. A restrained footprint, thoughtful grading, and minimal site disturbance allow the architecture to recede, letting the natural environment remain the defining feature.
