You see a construction site. We see what it’s becoming.
Every custom home gets built twice. First on paper, then in the field. Through the dust and the framing, a house is in the middle of becoming someone’s home.
Behind every finished space there’s months of sourcing, hundreds of small decisions, problems solved before you ever knew they existed, and a team that focuses on the details no one else will see. It’s how a house becomes a home.
A full staircase renovation ✨
From start to finish, this was a complete transformation. The original spiral staircase was replaced with a custom design, carefully laid out to work with the window placement and open up the space.
A big upgrade that completely changed the feel of the home.

Letting the engineered hardwood acclimate before install… and letting Tate humble himself one box at a time. Engineered hardwood: acclimating nicely. Tate: still recovering (FYI, he doesn’t move that fast) 😅💪🏽
Day 2 recap from IBS/KBIS and today’s finds did not disappoint 🤩
We saw even more innovation, bold finishes, and design details that are pushing kitchens and bathrooms to the next level.
From elevated everyday features to statement making pieces, today really showed how much function & style are coming together in modern home design.
A few highlights from Day 2:

• Fun textures and layered materials, especially in cabinetry and vanities, adding depth and dimension
• Playful tile patterns bringing personality, movement, and visual interest into the space
Design is getting more personal, more expressive, and a lot more fun and we’re here for it! 👏
