Here's a short film for animal lovers. Beth, a wonderful English riding and special needs riding instructor at Gulfside Stables in Santa Rosa Beach, FL, recently got her new horse transported there from central Florida. Major is a sweet boy, and is in a much better, loving home!

Regina Jaquess, world water ski record holder in slalom skiing, is a Garden of Life sponsored athlete. She moved from Atlanta when she was 14 (without her parents!) to live and train in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach. We caught up with her today to film some footage of her practicing, and we couldn't help but catch a tag line from her!
30a Films will be shooting video tomorrow for Garden of Life featuring their sponsored athlete Regina Jaquess, right here in Santa Rosa Beach! USA Water Ski selected Regina as it's August Female Athlete of the month. Regina is now eligible for eligible for the United States Olympic Committee’s Athlete of the Month honors according to the American Water Ski Association. Can't wait to see our local champion in action!!!

A Busy Summer--Florida Videographer Summers are usually busy for us, but this one has been busier than ever! Not only are we deep in requests for photography sessions, but filming commissions have been growing. More than ever...
Filmed this past week with a young beauty pageant contestant/prospective actress. That is the thing they do nowadays when applying for pageants....send along short video applications that allow pageant organizers to see the contestant's personality!

A Rainy Day Recharge
Things get so busy this time of year...I get to take somewhat of a break in the winter months, and then it's full speed ahead once spring kicks off! There are family portrait sessions at the beach and other environmental locations, high school senior sessions, maternity and newborn shoots, engagement sessions and proposal surprises!
And added to all that this fall is video/cinema production that I added to my business. That company I named 30a Films, since I live in the south Walton 30a area, although we do travel for on-location commissions. 30a Films (www.30afilms.com) produces weddings, community events and promo films for websites. We are proud to be currently working with Garden of Life to film some of their sponsored athletes with their inspirational stories of the results they see in their performances and overall health using the USDA organic products, "offering some of the most effective nutritional products in the world," according to their website.
Today is a much needed rainy day at the beach, giving me time to recharge my batteries...Between editing images and videos/films, I can get pretty much overloaded! We all need a break sometimes, and this day is mine.
