I wasn’t playing this morning, so it was a great day to go to the beach and worship! The gulf was powerful and so was the message.

Last Friday we saw the largest drop in mortgage rates in over a year. The feds meet around September the 16th and 17th. Speculations are they’ll be cutting the funds rate 25 basis points, which equates to 1/4% interest in mortgage rates. Hopefully they will drop closer to 100 points, but we’ll wait and see.
Either way, this is a great time to buy before the tide turns. If you’re able to afford a monthly note with these rates, you can always refinance as rates drop.
