Hi Santa Rosa Beach! It's been a fun week for piano lessons--it's great when my students share specific songs they've heard and would like to learn. This past week I got to start teaching a lovely song called, "To a Wild Rose," by Edward MacDowell (an American composer and pianist) and a total classic, "Waltz of the Flowers" from Tchaikovsky's "The Nutcracker." If you've ever heard a song (perhaps on the radio or a movie soundtrack) and thought, "I'd love to be able to play that someday"--I can help you with that! :) Step by step, we can work our way towards your musical goals, and have fun and enjoy the process!
