Guests are able to access all areas of the home with the exception of the owner's closet in the laundry area and the outdoor storage shed. We ask that you make yourself comfortable and be respectful of the home. Excessive trash within the home or damage to the home / the contents within will result in penalty fees being assessed. Seagrove Beach is named for the thick grove of windswept trees that surround it. It's a terrific area, close to all that 30A has to offer. Walk to the beach access to enjoy the beautiful emerald waters, or stop across the street to take in Eastern Lake (one of the coastal dune lakes). The beautiful, gated community pool provides a nice oasis if you desire a break from the beach. The famed community of Seaside is just 3 miles to the west and lovely Rosemary Beach is 5 miles to the east. Getting around

Get around like a local — on a bike! Two adult bikes are kept at the house and can be rented for an additional $60 (total for the two) for stays from 3-7 nights; 8-14 nights $80 (total for the two); 15-30 nights $120 (total for the two)

Other things to note

We are glad you have reserved our vacation property to create your vacation memories. We have taken pride in preparing our vacation home to give you a pleasant and relaxing visit. Since you will be in our home we ask you treat it as your own. Please remember you are renting a privately owned vacation home which is somewhat different than staying in a hotel or motel. When you arrive, please expect to have one new roll of toilet paper and a travel size set of shampoo, conditioner, body wash & soap in each bathroom, two trash liners in each trash can, one roll of paper towels, two dishwasher tabs and a limited amount of dish soap in the kitchen. We do not provide enough of these mentioned supplies for your entire visit, but enough for you to arrive comfortably. All of the beds will be made fresh, (4) bath, (2) hand towels and (4) washcloths are provided in each bathroom. We do not provide beach towels.

"Sandra was fantastic! And the property was perfect. Great distance from the Hub and seaside. Our little ones loved the pool. Although we didn’t rent her bikes, it would have been a GREAT price had we needed them. Communication was on point as the public utilities experienced an outage and she communicated the issue to me pretty quickly. The entire experience was perfect."

"Great beach house and great amenities! We loved riding our bikes to the beach, pool and restaurants! Seagrove is a great family area, the pool is nice and close and the end of the cul-de-sac and the beach is a quick and easy bike ride away. We will definitely be back!"

"This home is perfect for a family friendly stay right off 30A. The home itself is beautiful, clean, and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed and more, including bikes to rent and beach chairs and toys, kids utensils and bowls. We rode a short bike ride to the beach daily and came back to cool off in the pool just a few houses down. Quick access to Seaside and Rosemary in either direction. This is by far our new favorite family vacation destination!"

"wonderful in every way!" - 5/5

Our family of 5, 3 grown children ages 17-21, had a wonderful week at this house! Excellent location-doorsteps to the safe, clean, not-too-crowded community pool and a short drop off drive to the public beach. Our kids also rode their bikes to the beach while dad dropped off all the beach gear. Also close to local shops, eateries, and other beaches/towns. We loved hanging out at The Hub, the fun area by The Fish House, and ate a delicious meal at The Bay. We also went on a Blue Dolphin Tour, recommended by Sandra, and had a really awesome time! We rented Sandra's bikes and two others from the local shop she recommended and it was a perfect way to get around-take a ride to Deer Park and take in the spectacular view of the Gulf and Dunes! Overall the house was wonderful and had everything we needed! We did leave extra coffee pot filters since there were none and the package comes with so many-may be nice to have those on hand for guests. I would not hesitate to recommend this area and house to my friends and family! Thank you, Sandra, for being such a great host and delivering what you advertise!

My family and I loved our stay so much that it was hard to leave. We traveled with our 2 small children and my in-laws. The kids loved their bedroom and we loved our privacy! We cooked a big breakfast every morning and felt like we were at a home away from home. Everything was so clean and tidy. I couldn't get over how tall the doors and ceilings were- it was very open and spacious with lots of natural light. The decor was also nice. We were in a quiet peaceful neighborhood and had access to a shared pool. Everyone in that neighborhood was extremely friendly. We were able to take a 2 minute drive to Seagrove Beach or walk there in about 10 minutes. This isn't a crowded tourist area, very laid back with a local feel. This was such an enjoyable trip that the next time we're in the area we will be staying here at Sandra's again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect if you want to explore all the little neighboring communities. The neighborhood was super quiet and it was a quick, easy trip to the beach. We’d definitely recommend to friends!

Nice house in a nice neighborhood. 10 min walk to beach, or park near beach entrance. Quiet side of 30a so no real walking dangers. I wish neighborhood pool was heated, as this is in the panhandle, not the peninsula so weather can be an issue if not summer. Front porch was a highlight. High ceiling and nice kitchen too.
