Sand Reef Cottage

Sand Reef Cottage is one of our favorite places to visit! A true family favorite for my family of 6. Kids love the rare coastal dune lake when waves are too rough to enjoy. World class restaurants are cherished by all and the sleepy little surfside town enjoys some of the best bike riding paths, coffee shops, boutiques and bakery’s in the area. We are an Airbnb “Guest Favorite” for 2023 yet this winter, 8 people can stay for less than a single hotel room rates! Come getaway!!

We are riding out the wave that is the but I’d be lying if I said it was the greatest of summer in the vacation rental world- so what we do is take a break and improve our wonderful houses! Sand Reef Cottage is off the market for August and getting floors worked on, tile picked out for bathrooms to imrpove upon the beauty she already is 🙌🏻 Grayton is our favorite place(shhh don’t tell).
