As a trauma informed human, I strive to put my ego story aside, and validate the perspective of others... especially when I don't agree. Just because I don't agree, doesn't mean your perspective is invalid. Avoid people who make you think your opinion is an argument. Validate yourself and move on compassionately. You must treat yourself with compassion FIRST before can treat others with compassion. Self validation and self compassion are two pillars of self love.

Mason Jayne Jewelry took a short break from advertising during quarantine, and we are so excited to get back to work! We are a trauma informed company, and we wanted to honor our mental health community by postponing posting until our country was up and running again.
