Back-to-school shopping in the U.S. is still a HUGE culture shock for me 😂🇺🇸

As a Spaniard living in the U.S., I had never experienced this growing up. In Spain, my parents didn’t have to buy a whole list of school supplies every year because the school provided pretty much everything! ✏️📚

Now I’m over here shopping for folders, crayons, glue, notebooks…and wondering how this became MY responsibility??looool 😂

How cool is it to see Arrowhead Stadium go from hosting the FIFA World Cup this summer to being back under the lights for American football?!💯 City of Kansas City

Now Saturdays are for college football, Sundays are for the NFL, and Monday is for recovering from all the football I will watch 🙂‍↕️🏈

Five things I will ALWAYS say are worth the money when you travel ✈️🌎 especially when you travel internationally or with kids😬

1️⃣ Global Entry: $120 for 5 years + TSA PreCheck. Coming back into the U.S. after a long international flight with kids and skipping those crazy customs lines? YES PLEASE 🙌🏼 more info at
2️⃣ A good suitcase!! Especially one your kids can SIT on 😂 My has been a game changer and I’m curious to try as it looks like it has lots of potential! Let me know in the comments if you have used that one!
3️⃣ Paying to select your seats! I know, I know… paying extra just to pick a seat sounds ridiculous. But when you’re traveling with kids, the peace of mind of knowing you’re all sitting together is WORTH IT.
4️⃣ Travel Credit Card!! I like the Chase Sapphire Preferred! Having a travel card that helps you earn points and get travel perks is a no-brainer for me 💳✈️
5️⃣ A travel advisor! This is one I wish more people talked about! I recommend at Luxama Travel . She’s especially amazing if you’re planning a bigger international trip and want someone who actually knows the destinations, hotels, experiences, and all the little details that can make or break a trip.

Basically… if it saves me time, stress, or a potential airport meltdown, I consider it money well spent 😂
