Living abroad & sharing cultural differences!

Iced coffee in Spain is truly an experience 😏 It’s not your typical “grab-and-go” cold brew, it’s practically an art form you know? I mean not spilling a burning espresso out of the cup… deserves a trophy lol

If you order an iced coffee in Spain, here’s what you’ll get: two separate cups. One comes with very hot espresso, and the other has ice (usually just one cube… maybe two if you’re lucky 😅). The key? You pour the hot espresso over the ice yourself.

It’s simple, authentic, and very Spanish, but definitely not what most people expect!

👉 I also created a Spain Travel Guide where I break down Spanish coffee culture, the different types of coffee you’ll see on menus, and exactly how to order like a local ☕🇪🇸

Anybody else do this??🤣 Trying to speed-run thousands of years of Greek history in one day like it’s a casual afternoon activity 🏃‍♀️🏛️

Postcards from Athens🏛️🇬🇷

Exploring Athens felt like stepping back in time!! Walking through the Acropolis, learning about Athena and the stories that shaped this city was unreal. Getting a little lost along the way (and eating lots of gyros hehe) made it even more magical, every corner held so much history!!

From the Parthenon to the rich culture behind it all, this experience is one I’ll never forget. Greece, you’ve completely stolen my heart 🇬🇷✨ 10/10 recommend adding this to your bucket list!!

Greece really said: as fresh as it gets 🐟✨ From the sea… straight to your plate👌🏻

I’ve traveled all around Southern Europe, and this is something you see often and I absolutely love it. Fresh food is just so accessible, from fish caught the same day to the most vibrant, flavorful veggies. There’s something so special about knowing exactly where your food comes from and how fresh it is👌🏻 The variety, the simplicity, the quality… it’s just so cool and honestly one of my favorite parts of being here!

Checked off a major bucket list moment in Athens 🇬🇷✅

Seeing the Parthenon in person felt surreal, especially with my background in social studies and sciences. What I learned in school was already fascinating, but standing there made it feel completely different.

We had a 6-hour tour guide and we learned so so much about how the Greeks lived, what they valued, and how their ideas still shape so much of the world today. It was one of those experiences that makes you appreciate history on a whole new level👌🏻

So grateful for this day and just unforgettable🥹🏛️

My love language is acts of vacation, words of confirmed flights, quality time abroad, and turning every trip into “we should just move here” energy ✈️

I didn’t change him… I elevated him 💅🇪🇺

My American husband went from “throw on a t-shirt” to “is this linen breathable enough?”
Now it’s Zara, Mango, Massimo Dutti, Scalpers ONLY… The European wife effect is REAL 😂✨

Showing my kids the world has always been a dream of mine! From the beaches of Mexico to tasting Spanish cuisine and wandering through old, beautiful cities like my hometown Valencia, Spain… seeing their eyes light up with every new place makes it all so worth it🥹
