I love designing bathrooms whether it’s in new builds or complete renovations. Plumbing fixtures, mirrors, lighting, flooring, countertops, shower wall + floor tiles, grout colors, bath accessories, paint colors, shower glass, and hardware finishes are all of the selections I make for my clients and I love seeing them come together. These bathrooms are all from the same project where each room is custom, but they coordinate with each other. What’s your favorite?

Matching a space to the local environment is what allows it to feel authentic. When I travel I thoroughly appreciate experiencing a different design style befitting to the surroundings. In this room the guests are able to experience a little piece of the beach when laying their heads down at night. When I travel, I am usually am soaking up a rugged mountain vibe instead 😉

Kicking off the month of October with a look at all of the bedrooms I designed at the project. Each room exuded its own distinct personality and charm, but when brought together, they effortlessly wove a seamless coastal ambiance that was felt throughout the entire home 🌊 ⁠Swipe through to see a virtual tour of each master & guest suites.

This corner of my property surrounds you with natural unimpeded beauty at every angle. My husband, a realtor in this area for almost 20 years, even agrees that this is one of the best dining room views he’s seen in a property!

Transforming this space from a simple bathroom to a blissful spa retreat was a challenge to say the least. There are always surprises in big renovations and this one came in the form of a stop citation for 2 months 😬 due to complaints. Kickstarting the month of September with a glimpse into the renovation. The coastal-inspired lighting fixture against the backdrop of exposed ceiling beams, makes for an airy, coastal escape and great spot for football-watching Saturdays.

One of my favorite parts of my job is designing unique and unexpected spaces that enhance the personality of each project. In this case, it involved transforming a small crammed space into the perfect coastal nook with built-in bed with hidden storage surrounded by shiplap. Swipe to see the before shot👉️

Creating a spacious master bath starts before the design ever leaves the paper! The plumbing fixtures and tub are chosen first so the builder knows where and how to install the plumbing rough-ins even before there are walls. The custom cabinets come next and the measurements are designed around the length of available wall space, windows, and tub configuration and measurements. Mirrors, light fixtures, flooring, and countertops complete the space. You would never know so much effort went into a seemingly effortless space😉.

One of our favorite rooms in the renovation is this small, but exquisite guest bathroom. Transforming this modest washroom into a modern guest bathroom was so much fun to design. We love how the brass fixtures perfectly complement the wood artwork and floating shelves. The navy blue vanity brings it all together for all those coastal feels.
