He doesn’t know what “taking it easy” means. If he goes for a run, it’s 10 miles. He swims every day for over an hour with zero breaks. Can someone remind him he’s 70 now?

I’m always trying to keep up and I still don’t know how he does it. I admire you, I’m proud of you, I hope to be half the man you are, and most of all, I love you.
