Creamy, spicy, zero baking, and actually filling. This is the dip you bring when you still want to feel good after the game.
Ingredients
• 2 ⅓ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 1 scoop Wellious Protein Powder (Unflavored & Unsweetened)
• ⅓ cup buffalo sauce
• 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
• Salt & pepper
How to make it
1. Shred the rotisserie chicken.
2. Blend cottage cheese + protein powder until completely smooth and whipped.
3. Stir in chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, salt & pepper until combined.
4. Serve right away or chill until game time.
Scoop it with chips or veggies, or turn it into roll ups or wraps.

✨ 1 tub of Greek yogurt
✨ 1 shot cooled espresso (or 2 depending on preference)
✨ ~8 Biscoff cookies
✨ Cacao powder for dusting
How how to make it:
1️⃣ Pour espresso into yogurt + mix
