it’s so special to see the glow of a mom-to-be and the support from a wonderful village all eagerly awaiting the arrival of baby guy!🫶🏽

On this month in ‘22, won BEST FOOD TRUCK at the !! We will always remember this moment. What began under a canopy in his backyard grew into one of the most impressive food trailers the Central Coast would witness. Joseph and his team worked incredibly hard through so many long days and nights without recognition.

Before attending the awards Joseph confidently shared should he win an award, he planned on using the audio of Kanye’s speech to announce victory.

“Everybody wanted to know what I would do if I didn’t win- I guess we’ll never know!”
And that’s exactly what happened.

It meant so much to Joseph to be recognized for his food, especially in the Latino community and city that raised him. Joseph was passionate and fearless! Most of all he BELIEVED in himself.
If you had a dream, next to him, he inspired you to make it happen with everything you’ve got.

As we accomplish the goals and live out dreams we once talked about, we honor and carry you with us every step.
We miss you , you did absolutely amazing. We will always be so proud of you!🖤

It’s hard to find the words to describe how an incredibly long month could fly by so quickly. It’s been a time filled with both deep heartbreak and unexpected beauty. Coming together with friends and family to mourn, support one another, hold each other, cry, laugh; sharing stories and meals have helped ease the pain of such a significant loss.

Not a day goes by that we don’t think of you Joseph. You will always be in our hearts. We will always miss you,🖤.

Please keep his loved ones in your prayers. Grief is a force, but so is love.

This one hurts deeply. Many hearts are broken, and an entire community is mourning this loss. Please pray for his family and loved ones.

Years ago, came back home excited about a conversation he had with Joseph. He asked him what his passion was, and Joseph said that he loved to cook. Gabe designed a logo, and Joseph pursued that dream wholeheartedly. We witnessed the idea come to life, along with the achievements and growth that followed. Each conversation we shared was filled with discussions about goals reached and new ones to pursue.

Joseph is a true example of how hard work and determination can turn a dream into reality.

Our hearts ache. It doesn’t feel real. We’ll be missing you for a long time.
