TMP Santa Fe - The Masters Program

TMP is rolling into this year's Fiesta Historical/Hysterical Parade, and we need our students to make it happen. 🎉

This is a student-created float. Your ideas, your creativity, your school.

We're hosting Fiesta Float Student Work Sessions to plan and build it together:
🗓️ Tuesday, August 25 · 7:30–8:45 AM
🗓️ Thursday, August 27 · 4:00–5:30 PM

Want to design, build, decorate, organize, or just be part of the fun? Come join us. You don't have to attend both sessions to take part, and more chances to work on the float will follow as we get closer to the parade.

Some of the most important lessons in life aren't learned inside four walls. That's what it means to take learning beyond the classroom.

Education is about more than preparing students for graduation. It's about preparing them for life.

Through Santa Fe FutureWorks, TMP students will have opportunities to gain real-world experience while still in high school through internships, mentorships, community service, innovation projects, and career exploration.

Every experience becomes another lesson.

Every mentor becomes another teacher.

Every challenge becomes another opportunity to grow.

Founded in 2010, TMP is turning sixteen this year, and we want to celebrate with a community-built Fiesta float.�

Students, teachers, staff, families, and alumni are invited to help imagine and build it for the Santa Fe Fiesta.

What should the float say about TMP?
What stories should it carry through Santa Fe?�
How should it celebrate where we have been and show the future we are creating?

TMP is stepping into an exciting new chapter. 💙

Thank you to the Santa Fe New Mexican for highlighting Amanda Chavez’s leadership and the partnerships helping us expand learning beyond the classroom. We’re excited to keep building a school around our students, and creating more opportunities throughout Santa Fe.

MASTERS Program, new leader Amanda Chavez partner with midtown developers Companies at the city's developing midtown campus are partnering with a local school to create work-based learning opportunities for students.

What if high school extended beyond the classroom?

What if students could learn alongside entrepreneurs, artists, engineers, nonprofit leaders, researchers, and local businesses while still earning their high school diploma and college credit?

That's the vision behind Santa Fe FutureWorks, a new partnership between The MASTERS Program, the New Mexico Innovation Hub, and Aspect Media Village Santa Fe.

This partnership aims to transform the city of Santa Fe into an extension of the TMP classroom.

This is more than a new initiative.

It's a much-needed experiential approach to education and a perfect complement to the dual credit learning already happening at TMP.
