When I painted “Moon Over the Motor Court” I wanted to bring together the romance of the open road, the quiet warmth of a glowing tepee, and the rugged presence of the southwestern landscape. The vintage automobile and distant mountains evoke a timeless journey through the American West, suspended beneath a vast, star filled sky. I hope you enjoy this painting that will be featured in my upcoming show “ Sacred Land, Endless Sky” opening on October 2nd at Manitou Gallery in Santa Fe, NM.

Standing against the vast desert sky, the saguaro becomes the symbol for endurance, solitude, and quiet strength. Perched upon it, the raven watches over the ancient landscape, a mysterious presence connecting earth, sky, and the unseen world. “Where the Desert keeps its Secrets” will be featured in my upcoming show with Manitou Gallery in Santa Fe on October 2nd 5-7pm

“Geometry of Abundance” is a new painting and subject that I am introducing at the “Modern Echoes, Timeless Heritage” show at Manitou Gallery in Santa Fe opening on July 10th 5-7pm. I believe the corn stalk is a wonderful metaphor and has such importance in many cultures, hope you enjoy this painting.

Really excited to share information on Angela’s show, Modern West, at Acosta Strong Gallery in Santa Fe opening tonight 5-7pm. Already a success, we’re looking forward to this annual event!
