π A very special closing! π‘
Please join us in celebrating Esther and her husband Abraham, who closed on their very first home! π
This one is extra close to our hearts β Esther is part of the Homewise family, working right alongside us every day. To watch a teammate walk through her own homeownership journey and reach this milestone? There's nothing quite like it. π
A big thank-you to Homewise Realtor Brennan Posen for guiding Esther and Abraham every step of the way β your dedication helps make moments like this possible. π
Esther, we are so proud of you and Abraham. Here's to the memories you'll make, the roots you'll put down, and every bit of life you'll unlock in your new home. Wishing your little family the very best on this new adventure! π§‘
Congratulations from your whole Homewise family. π β¨

π We're moving β just for a little while!
Starting June 15, our Albuquerque team will be working from a temporary home while our Orpheum location gets a well-deserved remodel. Same team, same warm welcome β just a new spot to find us for a bit.
Here's where to find us: Tech Commons | 5041 Indian School Rd NE, Ste 100, Albuquerque, NM 87110
One important note π our temporary location won't have an after-hours payment drop box, so all payments will need to be made in person during office hours or paid online. Swipe through for all the details!
We can't wait to welcome you back to a refreshed Orpheum soon. Questions? Give us a call β we're always happy to help. π§‘

For 40 years, Homewise has helped New Mexicans unlock the door to homeownership and we've never done it alone.
As a proud member of the NeighborWorks America network, we're part of nearly 250 nonprofits working in every state, D.C., and Puerto Rico to make safe, affordable housing possible. This NeighborWorks Week, we're celebrating two milestones close to our hearts: 40 years of Homewise and 45 years of NeighborWorks and the belief that's connected us the whole way, that strong homes build strong communities.
Here's to the work behind us, and the families still to come.
