Travelling the globe to find and share great Food Experiences through my website www.topcheftrail.com It is no secret that people love great food.
If you have found yourself at this site we have to assume you are a foodie like us. It is amazing that the Food Channel and Bravo has become one of the top 10 television channels and most of the success has come from anointing Chefs from across the world as Top Chefs. My wife and I travel the world and believe that half the enjoyment of the trip is enjoying exciting new eating venues that pleasure our palettes. As we travel we will log in our experiences and provide feedback on restaurants that are run by Top Chefs and other great eating venues that come by either recommendation or just by accident. I hope that everyone that visits this site enjoys our experiences and visits the featured restaurants and provides their own feedback.

One of the most memorable dinners we have had the privilege to attend was at Beast, hosted by and . It is a tragedy that Chef Naomi left the culinary world so soon. RIP.

Sea Foam or more like a Lobster Bisque foam with Seaweed on top. Cocktail with Tequila, Lime Cayenne and Cardamom . Perfect with Shrimp
