Celebrating Mother’s Day with my daughter, was always a beautiful day, lilacs blooming, cooking or brunching. If she was here we’d probably be at a flea market or shopping vintage together🫶🏾
But instead it’s a FaceTime and she’s far away in England, making her dreams come true at Central St Martins. I’m just so proud of you .yeung for being exactly who you’ve always been since the moment you came into this world- conscious and thoughtful of everything and everyone in your orbit. Thanks for supporting your mama through my journey back to Dinétah, I could not have done this without you❤️ ✊🏾🪶

is a Kewa Pueblo Silversmith producing one-of-a-kind contemporary collections in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Originally from the Santo Domingo Pueblo (Kewa), Coriz learned silversmith craftsmanship from his father, the renowned Thomas Coriz Sr. and uncle, the globally celebrated Joseph Coriz. Crafted from stories passed down by his elders of the stars, this carefully curated collection is a personal reflection of those teachings. Oxidized sterling silver to reflect the vastness of the cosmos and highlights of sterling silver scrap metal stars and beads to represent the figures depicted in tales, myth and legend.

Born before ICWA,it took some time to find my way home, but it’s been a joy I’ve never known to finally be with my Diné community.
