Out here in Port o Conner fishing this last weekend. 80 miles out in 2000 ft of water nice long day.

This past weekend, I had an experience diving to remove a crab trap from my prop.

These past few weeks the fishing has picked up for the Gulf Of America. wahoo, blackfin tuna, grouper, and some swords.

Completed several boat transport jobs over the past month.

Finally made it back to Texas.

My time in Destin, FL, is almost up, and soon I’ll be heading back to Texas to be with Laura. The last two weeks have been filled with work and lending a helping hand, but now it’s time to head home. Laura Nicole

More work has been completed recently. Finally finished waxing of the top side and started installing the new starboard helm panels. And mounting the Garmin screens.

Following a comprehensive compounding and waxing process, the hull sides are now in optimal condition, greatly improving the boat's overall aesthetic.

Begun boat maintenance to address various tasks. Sent props for repair. Applied new paint to running gear. Replaced zincs and inspected running gear. Compounded and waxed hull sides. Installed 1 kW transducer and new Garmin GPS. Removed obsolete Raymarine equipment.

I received an invitation to participate in a deep-sea fishing expedition focused on snapper, following which we utilized deep drop fishing methods at a depth of 950 feet, 120 miles into the Gulf. We set out prior to daylight and returned after dark, having had a successful outing.

The 46 Valhalla was my ride for the day, and it was an excellent day to be out on the water, worth many great memories.

My day was filled with excitement and adventure, as I traveled from Galveston to Port Aransas and then navigated a 46 Valhalla back to Galveston through the ICW. The diverse experiences and chance to assist a boat owner in preparing for his next fishing trip made it all worthwhile!
