Bonjour ! Une nouvelle année ! c’est le moment de se remettre en forme . Avec 40 ans d’expérience en France et en Californie , je propose des cours de remise en forme tous niveaux dans mon local à Villelongue dels monts tous les mardi et vendredi matin à 10 h dans une ambiance sympa. 4 personnes max par séance ,10€ le cour d’une heure 😀
