People come to Kundalini Yoga for all kinds of reasons. To manage stress. To feel better in their bodies. To quiet the mind. To reconnect with themselves. Sometimes simply because something in them is asking for a change.
What keeps many people practicing is that the benefits of Kundalini Yoga don’t stay on the mat.
With time, the way you breathe, respond, focus, recover, and move through everyday life can begin to change too.
