Help a buddy out AND get an awesome photo print. Mario has taken a bunch of Blackbird Raum pictures, if you're into that sort of thing.
From Mario:
Hello today friends,
I just got off the phone with my lawyer as it is about time to make my felony go away. I was informed that before we can proceed i need to have all of my court/probation fees paid off. I am VERY close, as the fees initially totaled close to $4000 i currently only owe $800! To get this paid off as soon as possible so i don't have to worry about going to jail because a cop pulls me over and checks my record and doesnt like what he sees, i am offering any photograph i've taken as a print at a donation cost of sliding scale starting at cost of printing times two (so if it costs $8 to print, donation starts at $16 etc.) for the most part you'll have to limit requests to film photos as my hard drive has gone the way of the dodo. For print costs, refer to the custom print pricing on www.lookingglassphoto.com

For requests, you can email me at [email protected]

Sending books to prisoners is a great way to show support and make someone's day a little bit better. And you don't have to buy those books on Amazon, even though that's an easy way for people to compile lists. Consider buying books from us or from littleblackcart

Book Wish Lists We recently noticed that the support crews of many political prisoners are taking advantage of maintaining online book wish lists for the folks they support. We’ve compiled this list so that you ca...

Madrone, a collective member and driving force here at BP Press, was diagnosed with cancer last week. If you have ever bought a zine from BP, Madrone was the guy who printed it for you. He's starting an in-patient chemo regime on monday, and won't be able to work his regular job for a while, much less do all the stuff he usually does for BP. Show your appreciation for the energy Madrone has put into this project, and help an anarchist out, by sending some dollars his way. Thanks!

There's plenty of ways to donate to the Dineh elders and families living in Black Mesa. If you are in Santa Cruz, you can donate supplies by getting in touch with the Santa Cruz Indigenous Solidarity folks. If you want to donate some digital money, follow this link. All of this money will go directly to the families.
Support the 2013 Fall Caravan in Solidarity with Indigenous Resistance Communities of Black Mesa All funds will go directly to purchasing supplies, tools, food, and building materials for Dineh (Navajo) elders and families at Big Mountain who are in their fourth decade of resisting forced relocation and coal strip mining on their ancestral lands. Donated funds will *not* be used to cover gas/tr...
