Behind every member of our crew, there is often a father or father figure who never stopped believing in them. Who showed up on the hard days, cheered on the good ones and loved fiercely through it all. 💙

Today, we honor every dad, stepdad, grandfather, uncle, coach and mentor who has ever stood in that role. Your love is not just felt, its woven int o every milestone every person reaches.

The CALI Crew showed up for Hiking Club and brought every bit of their enthusiasm with them! 🥾🌄

This was also a great opportunity to practice real navigation skills learning how to read their surroundings, stay on course and move through the trail with awareness!

Meal preparation is one of the foundational skills that we build here at CALI. From grocery planning and kitchen safety to following a recipe and plating it with pride. But more than the technique,, what we love most is the confidence Tyler carries while doing it.

Mindfulness, self- regulation, and emotional wellness are just as important as any other skill needed to be practiced in the home or community for independent living. 🙌

A necktie might seem like a small thing. But for Spencer, learning to tie it represents something much bigger.👔

Here at CALI, job readiness is part of how we prepare our crew for the fullest version of independent life. That means being confident for an interview or learning basic workplace etiquette. 💼
