NEW Family DISH: Rabbits with Rice & Molokhia
My son loves Rabbits so we have been hunting for a reliable source. We found a distributor and made an order for 30 rabbits. I am adding a new dish to the Iskandarani menu. Rabbit with family size portion of rice and Molokhia for 50. If you are interested give me a call & please order a day in advance.
I am also happy to provide it for you raw, it is about 9.5 dollars a pound.

Rice Pudding ($3, Mon &Tues)
A new Dessert, available 2 days of the week Mon & Tue. It can last up to week in the fridge. Orders of 10+ can be arranged with a day in advance notice.
Kushari ($8, Thurs, order on Wed)
Exploring the idea of making Thursday Kushari, order by Wed so I can prepare on advance
I am invited to teach a medical course this coming week, so will not be able to take orders from Friday 15th till the 20th but then back in business.
I never expected to be doing a cheese or Nutella Konafeh when this started, but your feedback encourages me to do more, so thank you again for your support.

As it happens, cooking is a passion of mine so it gave me pleasure cooking for them. With their encouragement I am taking it one step further to see if I can help bring more Egyptian meals to other families in the Bay Area.
