“High stimulation in group settings often triggers a post-storytime energy release. Children's librarians frequently notice that the rapid-fire transitions of singing, listening, and socializing lead to pent-up physical energy. Once the structured performance ends, kids naturally seek an outlet to regulate their nervous systems.”  Internet A.I.-Splaining 😂

Kicking off this week on the second floor of Central Park Library! Join us every third Thursday of the month from 5-6:30 p.m. for an evening of crafts and community. Bring your knitting or crochet projects and join fellow makers for a relaxing evening of crafting and conversation at the library! This is a casual, self-directed social group where community members can gather to work on their own projects, share inspiration, swap tips, and meet others who enjoy stitching and yarn crafts.

All experience levels are welcome. Please note that this is not a class or instructional workshop. Library staff will not be providing formal teaching. No registration is required.

Your attendance to this program grants permission to the City of Santa Clara to take your photograph and/or your child's photograph for marketing purposes.
