Colovore Building New Data Center for Extreme Density AI Workloads High-density hosting specialist Colovore is expanding in Santa Clara with a 9-megawatt data center supporting AI workloads with rack densities from 50 kW up to 250 kW.

Demand for data center space in Silicon Valley has long outpaced supply. With less than 2% vacancy (according to a recent CBRE study) our high-density data center optimizes this very limited resource while lowering total cost of ownership.

The new storage server from Qumulo and Hewlett Packard Enterprise should draw 400-450 watts peak per RU, so a full cab = 18-20 kW. High-density storage solutions are becoming more commonplace, especially at facilities purpose-built to deliver the power and cooling they require.
