we’ve been and where we’re going. For nearly 25 years, our volunteer-led organization has invested in programs that expand access to STEM education for young girls and women. That work continues — with the same focus on stewardship, strong partnerships, and programs with clear success outcomes. ✨ Another Successful Event! ✨ On June 28, High-Tech High Heels collaborated with Amazon for the YMCA San Francisco Thingamajig STEAM event (https://buff.ly/3XvK50Q). Over 1,000 K-12 youths from around the SF Bay Area engaged in hands-on STEAM activities and discussions 🤩 . It was a great opportunity to interact with kids and watch their excitement as they participated in 3 activities sponsored by our team 1) Snap Circuits 2) STEM instance challenges and 3) Lego build and take-away. 💯 Many thanks to board members Mason, Vaishnav and Poddar for their generous Lego donations.🙌

On August 26th, we celebrate Women’s Equality Day and the adoption of the 19th Amendment, a pivotal moment in the fight for gender equality.
At High Tech High Heels, we honor this progress while recognizing the ongoing need to uplift women, especially those from underserved communities. Our mission is to empower all women and girls with the education and opportunities they need to succeed in STEM and beyond.
Let’s continue to champion equality, celebrate women’s achievements, and ensure that every woman’s voice is heard and valued.
