Milpas Rental is a family owned business serving the Santa Barbara region since 1950. Founded by Pete Smaniotto, it was owned by the Smaniotto family until Pete's death in 1996. Bob Schoppe joined Milpas in 1981 as a Yardman and worked his way to General Manager. He purchased the business in 1996, following Pete's passing.
