Nice words from one of our partners:

"This project, not unlike most, was severely constrained on several fronts, including schedule and cost. We can happily report that the project was completed within both of these challenging requirements. Our experience with the Schipper team proved that they were adept in planning/scheduling, cost estimation/tracking, technical understanding of complex systems, installation, and above all, openness and honesty, which instilled a tremendous amount of trust."

Project Spotlight: Visa Del Monte Landscaping Project! Yup. We also do landscaping.

Progress continues at Vista Del Monte, a property. The team, led by Project Manager Paul Felicetta and Superintendent Ben Reyes, has successfully completed the new resident dog park, featuring fresh turf and a fully enclosed fence. Community monument signage has also been refreshed to improve curb appeal.
At the west entrance, installation is nearing completion with new pavers in place, and a heavy-duty vault lid has been added to support all vehicle types, including semi-trucks, while protecting underlying utilities.

Crews are actively progressing on the new concrete foundation along the utility corridor, keeping the project moving forward.

Stay tuned for updates!

We’re proud to be an ESOP company, and we know how to celebrate it. 🌮🎉

This Spring, we hosted a taco party complete with a raffle, great food, and even better company to celebrate and educate about our being an Employee Stock Ownership Plan company.
Excited to be building FSCC together.

This is music to our ears (pun intended). Shout out from our client,

"As the cost estimate for construction played a key element in structuring our fundraising campaign, it was critical for us to have a high degree of confidence in FSCC's ability to estimate and budget for a large and complex facility and to assist us in meeting our cost target. I am very pleased to say that FSCC was a great partner and met our needs and expectations."

What makes a great modern performance venue? Crane Country Day School in Montecito knows firsthand.

With the remodel of their Wolf Performing Arts Center, they created a space built for both performance excellence and audience comfort. And Frank Schipper Construction was there to help make it happen. The renovation features new stadium seating, upgraded interior finishes, and enhanced acoustical treatments for superior sound. Advanced lighting controls and a high-performance AV system bring productions to life, while upgraded mechanical and electrical systems ensure seamless operation behind the scenes.

We’re proud to have led the comprehensive ground-up reconstruction of Rancho Alegre Boy Scout Camp after the extensive damage caused by the 2017 Whittier Fire.

We delivered approximately 25,000-sf of new construction across 12 buildings, carefully coordinating every phase from site work through final finishes. Plus, we used structural insulated panels to boost energy efficiency and performance, and installed fire-resistant metal roofing and cement board siding for durability and wildfire resilience.

The project included four dormitories, two boarding houses for temporary staff, and six residences for permanent staff.
