Buyers and Sellers/Owners, a quick piece of advice. Interest rates are historically low right now. Therefore, if you own your home and you have not refinanced yet either call your Lender or call me and I can refer you to an amazing person to help you locally. If you are a Buyer and have yet to be prequalified by a local lender, please do that sooner than later, again contact me and I will happily refer to someone that will take care of you.
