Brittney's childhood trip to a family theme park left her with a sense of magic she never forgot. As a mother, she dreamed of sharing that same wonder with her own children — but it was simply beyond the family's means.
When doctors told her that she had terminal cancer, she reached out to Dream Foundation for help, saying, "Cancer has taken everything from us."
Dream Foundation was able to help the family take the vacation of a lifetime to Florida, where they visited family theme parks and spent a day at Daytona beach.
Employees from Guardant Health visited the family in person, delivering everything provided for the Dream and adding their own heartfelt gifts.
Mona, one of the Guardant Health volunteers, found the experience deeply touching, saying, “I am truly grateful for the opportunity to contribute, even in a small way, to such a meaningful moment.”
Brittney and her family had a wonderful time, visiting Orlando parks and spending a day at Daytona Beach.
She says, "Thank you so much. Everything was amazingly fun. We appreciate everyone who made our trip possible."
Dream Foundation is proud to share that Guardant Health is supporting our mission by helping fund four Dreams for terminally ill adults. These dreams bring joy, comfort, and meaningful moments when they are needed most. Visit Guardant Health’s booth at American Society of Clinical Oncology, #31093, to learn more about our foundation and our patients’ Dreams.

Scott served in the U.S. Navy, then spent 25 years serving his community as a police officer - until illness forced him to retire.
When he was diagnosed with terminal cancer, he had one Dream: to watch the Pirates play at Oracle Park in San Francisco. He just needed help getting there.
Veterans like Scott don't ask for recognition when they raise their right hand. They ask only to serve.
This Memorial Day, as our nation honors those who gave everything in service to this country, we want to honor all those who support Dream Foundation’s Dreams for Veterans program
Thank you for making Dreams like Scott’s possible. You give our veterans the gift of being seen, celebrated, and deeply cared for in the final chapter of their lives.
They were willing to sacrifice everything for us. They ask for so little in return.
Thank you for standing beside them one last time.

Jennifer hadn’t seen her mom for over 15 years because she didn’t have the money to visit. She dreamed of being able to see her face to face one last time.
She reached out to Dream Foundation and was so excited when we told her that we could help with the reunion where five generations of the family gathered. Our thanks go to Southwest Airlines and Turo, who kindly helped with transportation.
Jennifer wrote, “Thank you for making this trip possible.”

When Krisha was told that she was facing the end of her life, she dreamed of escaping with the person who meant the most to her in the world.
She told us, “I want to forget the life of cancer and be surrounded by beauty with my best friend, my mom.”
You gave Krisha and her mom an unforgettable trip to Maui. Krisha loved the mountains, water, and shopping, but her favorite part was getting the chance to go horseback riding.
After, her mom, Danna, told us, “She said it was amazing and unforgettable. Thanks a million for everything, we appreciated it all!”
Our special thanks go to Alaska Airlines and Turo for helping with transportation, a private donor for helping with accommodations, Circle M Ranch Maui for the unforgettable horseback ride, and all our caring supporters. This beautiful Dream wouldn’t have been possible without your kindness.

Happy 50th birthday to Genentech! We stand in admiration for everything you have achieved as a pioneer of biotechnology in medicine for people faced with serious and life-threatening diseases. But we do want to take the opportunity to thank you for everything you have done to help make the Dreams of terminally-ill adults come true.
Over the last 19 years, your generous support of Dream Foundation has helped make over 3,600 Dreams possible, like Gary’s Dream of dancing with his daughter, Bailey, at Disney World. You’ve given joy, comfort and closure to people facing the end of life. Those Dreams have touched 9,200 family members, more than 10,000 medical team members and nearly 4,700 volunteers.
We are so moved by your dedication to serving those facing the end of life. Genentech staff have signed up for employee giving (matched by you), raised additional funds from rummage sales, ‘Greatest Loser” weight loss campaigns, toy drives, and airline mile donations. Even the children of Genentech employees have made handmade cards at the campus child-care facility.
In addition, Genentech staff have contributed 24,629 volunteer hours and visited 2,287 Dream recipients and their families at their home, hospital, or facility to present everything provided for their Dream, often adding their own thoughtful gifts, while forging genuine bonds and leaving a lasting impression with the Dream families.
We wish you every success in the coming 50 years!
