I’m proud to have the support of the Santa Barbara County Firefighters, Santa Barbara City Firefighters, and California Professional Firefighters. I will be a champion for our first responders in Sacramento.

I believe that all communities deserve access to trails, open spaces, parks, and recreational opportunities. I’ve prioritized this as a County Supervisor, and I will continue to advocate for equitable access to the outdoors in Sacramento.

I have spent my entire career working to support workers and expand access to high quality local jobs. I will be a strong advocate for our state’s workers in Sacramento. I’m proud to be endorsed by the Central Coast Labor Council, California Labor Federation, Southwest Regional Council of Carpenters, and many more labor organizations.

The Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade has threatened the reproductive rights of women throughout the country. California must lead the way in ensuring access to safe and legal abortion, along with the full range of reproductive health services. I will champion reproductive justice policies in the State Assembly. I’m proud to have the support of Planned Parenthood Central Coast Action Fund and NARAL Pro-Choice California.

I am committed to transitioning California away from fossil fuels that create greenhouse gas emissions, accelerate climate change, and threaten our groundwater. We must invest in renewable energy infrastructure that will create high-paying jobs, diminish our reliance on fossil fuels, and ensure that California remains a leader in environmental protection.

I’m proud to have the endorsement of California Environmental Justice Alliance Action — CEJA Action. We must prioritize equity as we respond to climate change and advance environmental policy.

I proudly accept Governor Newsom’s endorsement. My campaign is focused on adopting ambitious goals to fight climate change, standing up for organized labor, and championing polices that support working families. I look forward to working with Governor Newsom to advance these priorities.

I would like to recognize Democratic Women of Santa Barbara County for five decades of advocacy, organizing, and change-making in our community. The organization has led the way on many critical issues of our time, including by standing up for access to safe and legal abortion. In the wake of the Supreme Court’s devastating decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, Democratic Women’s work in our community continues to be critically important. I’m proud to support Democratic Women of Santa Barbara County.
