As we step into a new year, we’ve been reflecting on the season behind us; the quiet moments, the messy ones, the meaningful ones, and everything in between.
Life lately has looked like:

• basketball games and lots of giggles
• deep conversations and nervous-system resets
• mini-vacations, family dinners, and slower mornings
• showing up for clients with compassion and care
• choosing integrity, boundaries, and growth (even when it feels hard)
This past year reminded us that healing isn’t loud or linear. Healing is built in small, brave choices made over and over.

Bad body image day?
Take a breath, goddess. I gotchyu!
Nothing is wrong with you by the way….it’s just that your nervous system is overwhelmed, scanning for threat, and doing what it was trained to do.
Try this one soft reframe:
“Neutral is enough today.”
You don’t have to feel positive or confident all the time.
You don’t have to love what you see.
You just get to be here — in a body that’s trying its best.
Take a slow exhale and choose the gentlest next step.
Drink some water. Step outside for 30 seconds. Loosen your jaw.
Remind your body:
“We’re safe. We’re okay. We can come back!”
