June 19th is World Sickle Cell Day! Today we raise awareness for sickle cell disease internationally. Sickle cell disease is an inherited blood disorder that is life threatening and affects children of all ages worldwide.

Hearts Aligned has a mission to Help families with critically ill children navigate through these difficult diagnoses. With your help we are able to support these families through financial and emotional support! ❤️
