To our community and those that are learning about us for the first time, we wanted to take a moment to address the recent Washington Post article and the allegations contained within it. Full statement above. But bottom line is that there is no place for abuse in sports and we emphatically condemn any such behavior.

A belated and grateful farewell to .neal_ our fearless summer coach who left to go back to college this week. Hard to believe that just last summer Chris was a Mission athlete himself and that this summer he was manning the launch! It’s safe to say that there’s no-one nicer out there than Chris, and we all deeply appreciated his commitment to showing up early every morning and giving each athlete what they needed in the moment. We can’t wait to follow your rowing career at Cal and hope to see you back in the coach’s seat next summer!

A true rowing season doesn’t end with at least one trailer/truck issue. Incomplete spare tire set/key, no bolt cutters from AAA = tow to a shop 30mi away in the middle of farm land, for a quick tire swap
