Jonathon Goble is an accomplished sales executive and passionate people leader, serving as Regional Director for AT&T most recently. With a track record of transforming underperforming markets into top-ranked regions, Jonathon is recognized for driving exceptional results, operational excellence, and consistent profitability—most recently growing regional profits by 150% year-over-year.

Jonathon brings deep expertise in team development, having mentored and promoted numerous leaders while managing over 250 sales professionals across 73+ locations. A strategic thinker who leads from the front, Jonathon is known for acting with urgency, building winning cultures, and delivering unmatched customer experiences.

We look forward to the impact his leadership will bring to the Central Region.

We are excited to welcome Shawn Glinski to My Wireless as our Vice President of Sales - National!

Shawn joins us from AT&T, where he recently served as Director of Sales for AT&T’s Retail Markets in the Greater Lakes region. With 26+ years of experience in retail, operations, and startup environments, he excels at driving high-performing teams and delivering outstanding results.

As Vice President of Retail Sales, Shawn will lead My Wireless’ retail sales operations, driving strategic growth across our AT&T retail locations nationwide. His leadership will be instrumental in enhancing the customer experience, developing top talent, and accelerating performance across key wireless products and services.

We are excited about Shawn’s leadership as we continue to expand and strengthen My Wireless’ position as a premier AT&T retailer.
