Meet Christina! As a Regional Pro Sales Manager for LA South and Orange County, she leads with a people-first mindset, supporting her team, building partnerships, and driving success across a fast-moving, ever-changing business.
With nearly seven years at Behr, Christina’s journey has been defined by growth, opportunity, and a series of meaningful firsts, including becoming the first female RPSM in the West. From starting as a hub rep to now leading a team of 15, she’s embraced every challenge along the way.
For Christina, it’s the ability to make an impact and the strong, supportive culture that make Behr stand out. “Every day we kind of are presented with an opportunity to make impact… Behr has always been there to help me succeed and be the best version of myself within the organization,” she says.
Outside of work, Christina enjoys hitting the golf course, hiking with her dog Beau, and exploring California’s trails, museums, and historic spots, all while staying rooted in what matters most: family.

This week, we were proud to participate in Kids Ocean Day OC, organized by , alongside 14 OC elementary schools in Huntington Beach. Students came together to take action, removing 150 pounds of trash from the beach, and for 150 kids, it was their very first time experiencing the ocean. A day full of impact, smiles, and coastal pride that was a huge win for our community and our coast! 🎉🌊💙
Our 1941 Woody Wagon isn’t just décor...it’s where Behr began. 🚗🌲 Founder Otho Behr Jr. once drove a wagon like this, delivering linseed oil and selling straight from the trunk. We started with wood stains, not paint, and that hands‑on spirit still drives us today.

Through The Home Depot’s Eco Actions program, we’re highlighting the progress we’ve made in advancing paint formulations and responsible chemistry to help move the industry forward.
