Council on Aging - Southern California has received a $50,000 Impact Giving Grant to support FAST (Financial Abuse Specialist Team), a rapid-response program dedicated to protecting seniors facing financial abuse throughout Orange County.
Through volunteer professionals, case management resources, and community support, FAST helps ensure vulnerable seniors receive immediate assistance when they need it most.

Creating safer homes for seniors starts with compassionate support.
ElderHelp of San Diego of San Diego has been awarded a $15,000 Impact Giving Grant to support its “Preventing Falls, Preserving Independence” program, helping low-income seniors live safely and independently in their own homes.
From installing grab bars and improving lighting to providing volunteer support and access to essential resources, this program is improving quality of life for older adults throughout San Diego.

For young mothers in foster care, having a safe and supportive home can make all the difference.
Mary's Path has been awarded a $31,000 Impact Giving Grant to modernize and improve ADA access to bathroom facilities for pregnant and parenting teens and their babies, helping create a more nurturing and secure living environment.
As the only program in Orange County supporting pregnant teens in foster care, Mary’s Path provides housing, therapy, education support, parenting guidance, and life-skills training to help young mothers build a path toward independence.

Highly trained search-and-rescue dogs are helping bring answers and closure to families during critical moments.
Mountain States Detection Dogs has been awarded a $25,000 Impact Giving Grant to support the development of a new training facility in Idaho for canine handlers and their dogs, increasing the number of certified teams available for emergency response efforts.
Their teams assist with search and rescue operations, including water searches, avalanche response, wildfire recovery, and human remains detection across the region.

Access to clean water changes everything.
With My Own Two Hands Foundation has been awarded a $30,000 Impact Giving Grant to help build a women-led water and health center in Eastern Kenya, bringing clean water, medical services, and health education to more than 3,000 people.
Centered around an already funded borehole, the project will also create leadership and income opportunities for local women while helping children spend more time in school instead of walking miles for water.
