Looks like Coldplay’s Kiss Cam made a surprise stop at XS Heart Ranch… And our Rooster Romeo just couldn’t resist whispering “Yellow” to a hen that wasn’t his! 🐓💛🐔
Meanwhile, his real hen is standing by the egg stand like: “I will try… to Fix You.”
Chicks are scandalized. Eggs are rattled. Drama is farm-fresh! 🍳😳

Sharing our FAVORITE egg recipe. My husband and I could eat this everyday of the week!!!

Ingredients

1 cup chopped onion
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms (Optional - we don't add them)
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach thawed and well drained
2⁄3 cup finely chopped fully cooked ham (We use Canadian bacon)
5 large eggs
3 cups shredded Muenster or Monterey Jack cheese
1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
Directions

In a large skillet, saute onion and mushrooms in oil until tender. Add spinach and ham; cook and stir until the excess moisture is evaporated. Cool slightly. Beat eggs; add cheese and mix well. Stir in spinach mixture and pepper; blend well. Spread evenly into a greased 9-in. pie plate or quiche dish. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.

I walked out this morning, put 3 dozen eggs in the stand, and I swear I wasn’t even halfway back to the house before a car screeched to a stop and a lady popped out like it was an Easter egg hunt!

They’re not buying eggs—they’re hunting them.
Pretty sure someone’s got a drone, binoculars, or at least a chicken-feed radar. 🐔👀🚗💨

At this point, I might need to install a sign that says, “Eggs will be released in 3… 2… 1…” 😂
