"Raised on a farm near Promontory Summit, Utah, Colleen was an outdoor gal from the moment she was born.

Working and living in the outdoors is part of her heritage. Her grandparents came west as pioneers in covered wagons and her addiction to cooking with Dutch Ovens started at an early age.
