Apparently some people are relaxing this weekend!
I on the other hand am hosting an open house because Memorial Day weekend is actually one of the busiest weekends of the year for buyers. People have time off, the weather is fabulous, and some are even flying in specifically to look at home. I see you too relocators!

Real estate school taught me many things. But one piece of advice has stuck with me that a heard in a class when I first got my license- the best car a real estate agent can have is a clean one.
So here I am at the car wash. Just came from a meeting with a homeowner in my neighborhood, dressed nicely, vacuuming my suburban. Just another day in the life of a realtor. 😂
Gas prices being what they are - nobody told me fuel efficiency might be something to consider. But with 6 kiddos, there aren’t many fuel efficient options out there.
And yes, my 6 year old filmed this. He’s available for hire. His rates are reasonable- one Frazzle from Holiday Oil per shoot 🎥
