We officially closed on our latest investment property! 🎉What started out as a deal that was supposed to wrap up quickly ended up stretching into a two-month process, full of surprises and setbacks. It definitely tested our patience, but we're incredibly thankful it all came together in the end. Even with the delays, this one came with valuable lessons we'll carry with us into the next deal.
