Did you know that your brain burns about 20% of your body’s energy? So what you eat actually matters. 🧠⚡️

Here are a few foods your brain will definitely thank you for:
🫐 Blueberries → support memory + focus
🥬 Leafy greens → packed with brain-healthy nutrients
🌰 Walnuts → rich in healthy fats for brain function
🐟 Salmon → loaded with Omega-3s for cognitive health
🍫 Dark chocolate → can help improve focus + mental performance

No single food makes you a genius overnight… but consistently fueling your brain the right way can make a real difference.

Basically: feed your brain like it has a job to do. Because it does.

A helmet only works if it fits properly. ❤️🧠

One of the most important parts of our Kids Safety Fair helmet giveaway wasn’t just handing out 800 helmets alongside … it was making sure every kid walked away with a helmet that actually fit their brain safely and correctly.

Traumatic brain injuries are a leading cause of death and disability in children, and while helmets can’t prevent every concussion, a properly fitted helmet can significantly reduce the risk of serious head injury. That’s why education matters just as much as access.

Watching families take the time to learn, ask questions, and protect their kids reminded us exactly why we do this work. Prevention starts before the injury happens. 🫶

Thank you to everyone who helped make this day possible. 800 more protected brains out in the world is something worth celebrating.

Still soaking in the energy from the Kids Safety Fair event back in February 🤍

Because of this community, we were able to team up with the and donate 800 helmets to families and kids in need. That’s 800 more opportunities to protect a brain, prevent an injury, and change a life.

This doesn’t happen without YOU. Every donation, every share, every person who believes in what we’re building…it all adds up to moments like this. We’re incredibly grateful. Thank you to the brands who support us, the volunteers who show up and this community for always showing love.

We know we’ve been a little quiet on here lately… truth is, social media is a full-time job in itself, and right now our hands (and hearts) are fully in building out our programs behind the scenes. Big things are in motion.

We can’t wait to show you what’s coming.

Brain injury by the numbers.

• 2.8 million head injuries every year in the U.S.
• 5.3 million Americans living with TBI-related disability
• 69,000+ deaths annually
• 190 lives lost every single day

These aren’t just statistics. They’re kids. They’re parents. They’re athletes. They’re friends. They’re lives forever changed. This is why we talk about prevention. This is why we donate helmets. This is why we educate. This is why we break the stigma.

Your brain runs on what you fuel it with — especially after a concussion.

When your brain is healing, it needs more energy, more nutrients, and more support than usual. Proper nutrition can help reduce inflammation, support cognitive recovery, and restore the energy your brain burns through during healing.

🧠 After a concussion, focus on:
• Omega-3s (salmon, walnuts, chia) to support brain cell repair
• Antioxidants (berries, leafy greens) to fight inflammation
• Protein to rebuild and restore
• Hydration to improve cognitive function
• Stable blood sugar to reduce symptoms and brain fatigue

Nutrition isn’t just about feeling good — it’s a key part of concussion recovery and long-term brain health. Fuel your brain like it matters… because it does. 💛
